Ребят всем привет. Помогайте решить проблему. Проблема с лебедкой. Лебедка была рабочая! Но в лето стал замечать что лебедка периодически может сама включиться на сматование, а именно когда мыл квадроцикл. Все успевал отключить массу. Ни чего не погнуло. Решил её отключить так как пользуюсь ею редко. Прошло месяца два. Сейчас собрался ехать в выходные на покатушку и решил накинуть провода на место, и ни чего не произошло.( С лебедкой) разобрал блок под сиденьем ( саленоид как его называют) все почистил, обработал нано протеком ( жидкая электроизоляция) особой грязи там и не было так как год назад уже делал эту процедуру. Собрал и сейчас лебедка работает только на размотку. При этом на руле когда трогаю рычаг в лево на размотку лебедка размазывает но зеленый индикатор ели мерцает, а когда рычаг в право на смотку он как и должен (индикатор) горит красный, но ни чего не происходит. Когда на прямую с лебедки замыкаю на акб провода, она работает и на размотку и на смотку. Парни помогайте пожалуйста!

Хрен ли тут помогать? Сам же и диагностировал - мотор в порядке. Дело в электрике - соленойд, провода, кнопка, разъёмы. Там и искать с помощью тестера...

А так сложно ответить, не зная даже какая у тебя там лебедь стоит и какие провода и как раскиданы
Повторяю, разберись с саленоидом/коробкой
Если у тебя штекер с тремя контактами, идущий от кнопки, то это обычный тумблер
Выдерни этот штекер и проверь саленоид путём "замыкания"
Там 1й проводок под напряжением (непомню + или -) а потом тумблер замыкает или 2й провод или 3й взависимости куда хочешь крутить. Главное не сожги ничего.
Аесли соленоид работает, то да ... лезь в провода, контакты,разъёмы, кнопку и прочую хрень

1) провода идущие на мотор лебеди не высоковольтные, просто большого сечения - мощные.
2) они в порядке, т.к. крутит в одну сторону.
3) у Динли соленойд под сиденьем и проблема или в нём или в управляющей кнопке или в её проводах - соединениях, как раз небольшого сечения, т.к. они только управляют соленойдом.
3) мощные провода и их контакты в порядке - можно не трогать...
4) и да. Проверить кнопку выдернув ее разьем и позамыкав - самое простое и первое, что нужно было сделать - тут ты прав 100%!
Проверить очень просто. С кнопки на соленоид приходит плюс. Подайте с аккумулятора на управляющий контакт + сначала на один ,потом на второй. Если разматывает и сматывает ,значит дело в кнопке . Разобрать и посмотреть ,можно тестером прозвонить. Скорее всего где перетерся провод.
